Bowman and Brooke LLP, a national product liability boutique, seeks a Docketing Manager to oversee the firm’s docketing functions across offices. You'll ensure deadlines, filings, and time limits are calculated and communicated to attorneys and staff, serving as a firm-wide expert and trainer.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with CompuLaw Vision and Milana, understands federal/state rules, and can lead two docketing specialists while driving process improvements and training across U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years of docketing experience in law firms or legal departments.
• Experience supervising docketing staff in a multi-office environment.
• Hands-on expertise with CompuLaw Vision and/or Milana; system configuration and rule sets.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily docketing operations across all matters.
• Administer CompuLaw Vision and/or Milana platforms.
• Calculate and verify deadlines per federal/state rules.
• Supervise two docketing specialists; ensure quality control.
• Monitor court rule updates and implement procedural changes.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and IT for data integration.
• Generate reports on docket status and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce risk.
