Job summary

Chaffin Luhana LLP is seeking a full-time Chief Operating Officer to serve as the senior business leader. You will run the entire firm’s operations, reporting to the founders, and shape the strategy for growth while preserving the firm’s ethos.

You will own planning, execution, and a data-driven approach to client experience, marketing, finance, and technology, guiding department leaders and building a high-performing team across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Proven operating leadership with responsibility for financial performance and multiple functions.
• EOS Integrator experience is a plus.
• Plaintiff personal injury or mass tort experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate the partners’ vision into the operating plan with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Run leadership meetings that drive decisions and accountability.
• Develop and deliver business reporting and analytics with defined KPI ownership and dashboards.
• Oversee Marketing, Intake, Client Experience, Finance, People, and Technology to drive firm growth.
• Collaborate with Finance on the budget, forecasting, and staffing models.
• Lead client-experience initiatives and evaluate technology, AI, and process changes for measurable improvements.
• Develop leaders, address missed commitments, and maintain high standards and accountability.
• Establish a plan for year one with milestones, targets, and measurable outcomes.
