Job summary

Chaffin Luhana LLP seeks a full-time COO to be the senior-most business leader, serving as Integrator under the two founders. Based in Pittsburgh, with potential travel to Stamford or New York City, you will run marketing, intake, client experience, finance, people, and technology.

Qualifications

• Proven operating leadership for a major professional services firm.
• Experience running a multi-functional business (marketing, intake, client experience, finance, people, technology).
• EOS Integrator experience is a plus.
• Plaintiff personal injury or mass tort experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate the partners’ vision into the annual plan and quarterly Rocks, identifying priorities and capacity constraints.
• Run leadership meetings with clear decisions, owners, and deadlines; ensure execution between meetings.
• Complete the reporting buildout with Finance and Technology and maintain KPI definitions and dashboards.
• Own case acquisition economics, marketing and intake performance, and signaled targets; adjust spend as needed.
• Partner with Finance on the operating budget, compensation, staffing models, forecasting, and variance reviews.
• Drive client experience improvements from intake through resolution and evaluate technology and processes for pilots and scalable adoption.
