Chaffin Luhana LLP seeks a full-time Chief Operating Officer to lead the firm’s operations, reporting to the two founders. You will oversee marketing, intake, client experience, finance, people, and technology, shaping the firm’s future and investing in strategic choices.

You will build the reporting and analytics foundation, drive cross-functional execution, and steward budgeting and staffing while maintaining the firm’s compassionate, data-driven ethos.

Qualifications

• Proven operating leadership.
• Commercial and financial fluency.
• Direct and compassionate leadership.
• Relevant experience in plaintiff personal injury or mass tort (preferred).
• EOS Integrator experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate the partners’ vision into the annual plan and quarterly Rocks, identifying priorities and capacity constraints.
• Build and run leadership meetings with clear owners and deadlines; ensure follow-through across departments.
• Complete the reporting buildout with Finance and Technology; define KPIs and dashboards used by leaders.
• Own case acquisition economics, tracking spend, lead quality, conversion, and value by market and channel.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cash/fee timing.
• Lead client experience andInnovation efforts, removing operational barriers to case progress.
• Develop managers, hire thoughtfully, and manage performance with People Services.
