How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm is seeking an experienced Fractional Controller to guide solo law firm owners in understanding their numbers and boosting profitability. You will advise a roster of 40 clients as part of a Fractional Executive Team of CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Controllers.

You will lead monthly strategy calls, analyze financials, build dashboards, and forecast cash flow while turning data into actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualificações

• Controller or senior-level accounting/finance experience.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, KPI, and dashboard experience.
• Proven results improving profitability, cash flow, or expenses.
• Experience managing teams or client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financials simply.
• Small business or entrepreneurial experience strongly preferred.
• Professional services or law firm experience is a plus.

Location Requirement

This is a remote position, but we can only hire candidates who reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WV.

The Details

Remote | Full-Time

Some evening availability and travel required.

Compensation

$110,000 to $145,000 total annual compensation, including base pay, roster-based earnings, additional projects, and projected bonuses.
