Aftermath Services in Dallas/Fort Worth metro area is seeking an Outreach Specialist responsible for building trusted relationships within law enforcement and referral networks to ensure the company is the first and preferred call after traumatic incidents.

This field-based role emphasizes rapport, visibility, and long-term referral generation, with travel across the assigned territory and regular HubSpot updates.

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships within law enforcement and referral networks.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory, including overnight commitments.
• Strong field-based relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Chiefs, Command Staff, Detectives, Victim Advocates, Chaplains, and Coroners/Medical Examiners.
• Conduct in-person visits and maintain a strong field presence across assigned territory.
• Identify and prioritize high-value agencies and execute structured territory plans.
• Drive referral activity through trust-based engagement and consistent follow-up.
• Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, training sessions, and community events.
• Track and manage all contacts, outreach, and engagement within HubSpot.
• Build and maintain an accurate database of agencies and key personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to Field Supervisors assisting with outreach efforts.
• Monitor competitor activity and contribute to market strategies.
• Maintain reporting, documentation, and accountability to activity and performance goals.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory, including occasional overnight commitments.
