Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; pursuing law school with progress.
• Legal or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafts legal memos and briefs for litigation teams.
• Prepares motions and petitions along with responses.
• Researches legal and factual issues to support cases.
• Secures documentation from employers/third parties for analysis.
• Assists in deposition and trial preparation throughout litigation.
• Communicates with clients, court staff, and law firms.
