We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Law Clerk to join our Mankato office to begin in January. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Perform essential administrative duties such as organizing transaction closing books, company record books and handling various office tasks.
• Assist with drafting legal documents and conducting research under the guidance of attorneys and paralegals.
• Support attorneys, paralegals and legal administrative assistants with a range of projects, contributing to both client‑facing and internal initiatives.
• Opportunity to grow into responsibilities including client communication and advanced document drafting as you develop in the role.
