Job summary

The FSA Federal (FSA) is seeking a Law Clerk to support the United States Attorney's Office (USAO). Under supervision, you will assist attorneys with the litigation process, draft motions and briefs, and help manage case documents.

Candidates must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school (or have a JD) with one year completed; U.S. citizenship and background investigation are required. Strong research, writing, and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
