Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is seeking a Law Clerk to join our in-house Legal Department in Century City, CA. The role supports retail real estate transactions, leases, contracts, and compliance, working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and business teams.

The position requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong writing and organizational abilities. It is an on-site role in Los Angeles with occasional overtime and time-sensitive matters.

• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Interest in commercial real estate, retail leasing, and business law preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Maintain legal files, databases, and tracking systems.
• Assist with compliance initiatives, policy reviews, and departmental projects.

Law Clerk – (On-site in Century City, CA)

What We Offer

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our in-house Legal Department and gain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic retail real estate business. The Law Clerk will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, leasing professionals, and business teams on matters involving retail leasing, commercial real estate, operations, contracts, litigation management, compliance, and special projects. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, responsive, and eager to learn. This position offers meaningful exposure to sophisticated real estate transactions and business operations within a leading global retail real estate organization with a national portfolio of premier retail assets.

This position is based in Los Angeles and will require in-office attendance, occasional overtime, and availability to support time-sensitive matters as business needs require.

Scope:

• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and analyses.
• Review and analyze leases, amendments, contracts, and related legal documents.
• Assist with due diligence, transactions, and lease administration matters.

What We Are Looking For:

Compensation

• Hourly / Non-Exempt
• $70,000 – $96,000/year
