NICO National Indemnity Company is seeking a law clerk for Spring and Summer 2027 in the Omaha area. The role focuses on research, analysis, and drafting memoranda and other legal documents as part of a team within Berkshire Hathaway's insurance affiliates.

Ideal candidates are law students who have completed at least one year by August 2026, rank in the top quartile, and can provide first-year transcripts; top 10% or law review candidates are preferred.
