Job description

Job Title: Part-Time Evening Caregiver

Schedule: Part-Time, Evenings, 2pm - 8pm

Location: Colonial Springs Healthcare Center (CSHCC)

Colonial Springs Healthcare Center (CSHCC) is a 134-bed long-term care and skilled nursing facility, including a 34-bed memory care unit and a 16-bed high functioning memory care unit.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients/residents, visitors, and staff following prescribed procedures.
2. Actively and consistently contribute to department operations and communication.
3. Perform other duties as requested, in alignment with the mission and objectives of CMH.
