Tel Hai in Honey Brook, PA is hiring a Laundry Worker for full-time evening/night hours with a pay rate up to $16.18 per hour. The role includes 80 hours over two weeks, with every other weekend and holiday included, starting around 6pm.

The position provides a caring, nonprofit community with strong employee rewards, including on-site fitness access, tuition reimbursement, and benefits. Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is welcome but not required.

• Sorts, weighs, washes, and extracts.
• Dries, folds, sorts and labels clean linens.
• Distributes to Health Care Center closets and wing carts in neat and orderly fashion.
• Follows routine daily, weekly and occasional laundry area cleaning and sanitation schedules.

Laundry Worker Responsibilities include:

• Collects soiled items from halls and utility areas.
• Sorts, weighs,washes, and extracts.
• Dries, folds, sorts and labels clean linens.
• Distributes to Health Care Center closets and wing carts in neat and orderly fashion.
• Follows routine daily, weekly and occasional laundry area cleaning and sanitation schedules including daily cleaning of carts and dryers, cleaning of furnishings, fixtures, countertops, closets and other areas of laundry; mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting of floors, and emptying, cleaning and relining of waste receptacles.
