Job summary

Metz Environmental Services is hiring a Laundry Worker/Housekeeper in Baxley, GA with a First shift. The role pays $12.50 per hour and includes full-time benefits such as health, vision, dental, life insurance, PTO, and a Daily Pay option.

You will clean and stock designated areas, process linen, operate industrial washers/dryers, keep records, and assist with team projects to maintain a high level of hospitality and clean standards.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening required.
• Prior housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock designated areas throughout the facility.
• Weigh linen and operate industrial washers.
• Transfer linen to dryers and deliver linen throughout the facility.
• Keep records of lint trap cleaning and report deficiencies.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean & supply designated areas throughout the building
• Stock supply rooms with necessary materials
• Participate in team meetings
• Collaborate together on team projects
• Weigh linen to be washed through the use of industrial scales
• Load linen into commercial washers
• Safely transfer linen to commercial dryers
• Keep records of lint trap cleaning and report any deficiencies
• Sort through and organize personal clothing items
• Deliver linen throughout the facility
• Other team duties as assigned
