Job summary

Metz Environmental Services is hiring a Housekeeping/Laundry worker for the first shift. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $18.00 and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance and PTO.

Responsibilities include cleaning and supplying designated areas, stocking supply rooms, weighing linen, operating industrial washers and dryers, and delivering linen throughout the facility. A background check and drug screening are required for employment at this facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean & supply designated areas throughout the building
• Stock supply rooms with necessary materials
• Participate in team meetings
• Collaborate together on team projects
• Weigh linen to be washed through the use of industrial scales
• Load linen into commercial washers
• Safely transfer linen to commercial dryers
• Keep records of lint trap cleaning and report any deficiencies
• Sort through and organize personal clothing items
• Deliver linen throughout the facility
• Other team duties as assigned
