Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Valet Laundry Attendant to join our Rooms Team. You will guide and support a team in drying and folding towels, spa linen, pool towels, and dining linens, ensuring top-notch presentation and cleanliness.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping or laundry experience and demonstrate strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to multitask on multiple tasks.
• United States work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dryers to dry and fold towels, spa linen, pool towels and other laundry.
• Use the ironer to press linen to a high standard.
• Be flexible with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays since the hotel is open 24/7.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Valet Laundry Attendant to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What You Will Do

Are you excited about delivering the best Rooms experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Valet Laundry Attendant works with a team on the dryers to dry and fold all towels, spa linen, pool towels and food & beverage linen. You will also work on the ironer to press all linen to ensure it is top notch and to standard. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Valet Laundry Attendants to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What you bring

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
• Team player
• Multi task on a variety of tasks at once
• Work authorization in the United States
