Job summary

Pennington County Laundry Services seeks a dedicated Laundry Technician to coordinate daily laundry operations for the Jail, Care Campus, JSC, and other facilities. You will supervise inmate workers, ensure proper sanitation, and manage inventory of clothing, linens, and laundry supplies.

The role requires basic computer skills, adherence to safety protocols, and regular travel between county facilities. This is a full-time, on-site position with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain inventory and ordering records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform daily laundry operations for multiple county facilities.
• Train, direct, and supervise inmate/workers assigned to laundry duties.
• Maintain inventory and organize storage areas for clothing, linens, and related items.
• Receive deliveries, stock supplies, and monitor usage to communicate needs.
