Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring for a part-time Laundry Service position at Washington University St. Louis. You will perform laundry services, sort and distribute linens, and interact professionally with clients and teammates, with a Friday–Sunday 8:00 am–4:00 pm schedule and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash and dry linens following approved laundry procedures.
• Fold, count and stack linens.
• Collect soiled linens and redistribute clean linens.
• Transport supplies including linens to storage areas.
• Provide quality customer service to clients and team members.
• Inspect linens for wear and tear and handle damaged items per SOP.
• Maintain clean, orderly laundry facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Perform laundry services including cleaning and distributing linens to clients. Also contributing to team efforts and professionally interacting with clients, customers, and team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Properly sorts, washes and dries linens following the approved laundry procedures.
• Folds, counts and stacks linens following approved laundry procedures.
• Collects soiled linens along with redistributing clean linens.
• Transports supplies to include clean and soiled linen to the appropriate storage and collection areas.
• Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one on one attention to the detail.
• Routinely inspects linens for wear and tear, identifying worn and torn linens and following Standard Operating Procedure for damaged linens.
• Maintains the commercial and residential laundry rooms in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
