Job Title: Laundry Production Attendant

Location: Norfolk, NE

Shift: 1st shift: Monday – Thursday | 6am-4pm

Pay: $17.00/hour

Job Summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated and physically active Industrial Laundry Production Attendant. This is a fast-paced, industrial environment where precision and physical stamina are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Garment Verification: Verify garments are in the correct order by cross-referencing information from labels and utilizing an RFID Scanner.
• System Data Entry: Generate garment labels using a specialized computer program system, inputting new garments and removing old ones.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain an extreme attention to detail to ensure garments are processed perfectly and customers receive the correct orders.

Requirements and Physical Demands

• Workflow Coordination: Ability to stand for the entire shift and comfortably perform repetitious movements to maintain a steady flow of production.
• Dexterity: Good finger dexterity and strong hand-to-eye coordination.
• Environment: Ability to work comfortably in an industrial warehouse.
• Communication: Strong attention to detail. Must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
