Job summary

CleanCare is seeking a Linen Associate to sort, wash, fold, and transport linen across the facility, count and pack items per customer orders, and operate equipment to meet daily production needs.

The role reports to the Plant Supervisor and requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position involves standing 8–10 hours and working in hot, humid environments, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established productivity standards
• Inspect linen quality to ensure standards are met
• Follow all health and safety standards throughout the facility
• Maintain organization within personal and shared workspaces
• Report equipment malfunctions, linen defects or shortages, and safety hazards appropriately
• Maintain company-wide DART accident rate at or below 2
• Other duties as assigned

Sorting, washing, folding, and transporting linen throughout the facility. Counting and packing items according to customer order requests. Properly utilize facility equipment to complete daily production needs. Communicate product defects, equipment malfunctions and errors to supervisor or maintenance team. Adhere to all plant safety protocols including but not limited to company and OSHA standards. Maintain a clean working environment. Work collaboratively to meet company goals.

Sort all soiled linen throughout the day.
