Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail regarding load size, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods, lift bags of linen, and perform repetitive motions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various production roles including operating machinery, folding, ironing, and mending.
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members.
• Previous experience in a production or industrial environment is helpful, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent flow of linen through various stages of the production line, including tunnels, washers, and dryers.
• Efficiently load linen into empty pockets in tunnel washers, ensuring optimal load size and preventing overloading.
• Pull bags and process laundry in the correct sequence to support smooth workflow.
• Follow all company directions and safety precautions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Uphold production standards by meeting or exceeding hourly targets as set by supervisors.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding equipment malfunctions or technical issues that may impact production standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the overall efficiency of the laundry plant.
