Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Production Operator to support a high-capacity commercial laundry facility in Phoenix. You will contribute to daily production activities that ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of clean textiles to customers.

You will work with a front-line team to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards. The role involves operating washers and dryers, sorting, folding, ironing, sewing or mending textiles, and preparing finished products for

• Works well in a team-based, fast-paced production environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good eye for detail to ensure quality handling of textiles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain steady flow of linens through tunnel washers, dryers, and related machinery.
• Sort and process laundry items in the designated order to optimize efficiency.
• Load linens into machine pockets with proper load sizes and avoid overloads.
• Monitor batch progress and adjust to keep production moving smoothly.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to protect self and team.
• Meet or exceed production standards per hour and report issues to supervisors.
