Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions of the Production Operator position with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Physical capability to stand, lift, and move moderate loads throughout the shift as required by production demands.
• Prior experience in a production or industrial setting is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the steady flow of linen into washers, dryers, and other equipment to support production demands.
• Sort, load, and process laundry bags in the designated order to maintain efficiency.
• Load linen into the appropriate machine pockets, ensuring proper load size and avoiding overloads.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment as directed.
• Monitor production levels, meeting or exceeding established hourly standards.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any equipment issues or obstacles impacting production goals.
• Perform folding, ironing, mending, and packing tasks as needed to complete the production cycle.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company policies.
• Accept additional tasks as assigned to support the overall operation.
