gobravvo is seeking a Production Operator to support a high-capacity commercial laundry facility. You will handle tasks across the production cycle, including operating washers/dryers, folding, ironing, sewing, and packing to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Prior production experience is a plus, with opportunities for skill development and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads.
• Experience in production/industrial setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain steady flow of linens into washers, dryers, and related equipment.
• Pull bags and process laundry as assigned, following workflows.
• Load linen into machine pockets, ensuring loads are correctly sized and not overloaded.
• Monitor and adhere to production standards set by the company.
• Follow all safety precautions and operational instructions.
• Report frequent technical or operational issues to a supervisor promptly.
• Perform folding, ironing, sewing/mending, soil sorting, packing, and distributing as required.
• Remain flexible and willing to take on new or modified duties.
