The Laundry Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of an industrial laundry facility, ensuring that all healthcare linen processing and delivery meet the highest standards. This position works closely with various operational leaders to manage staff, maintain equipment, adhere to regulatory requirements, and support business growth initiatives. Laundry Operations Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and train staff for efficient, high-quality linen production
• Support Operations Manager in financial management, cost control, and plant operations
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all safety regulations
• Coordinate with engineering to maintain and safely operate production equipment
• Assist Office Manager with HR tasks including training, compliance, staffing, payroll, and benefits administration
• Participate in plant safety committees and ensure adherence to HLAC, OSHA, and JACHAO requirements
• Attend and document laundry surveys for potential clients
• Assist with staff performance appraisals and coaching for improvement
• Support forecasting for capital expenditures and new equipment installation
• Develop action and personal development plans for supervisory staff, supporting succession planning and growth

Qualifications & Requirements
