We are seeking an experiencedLaundry Mechanicto join our team. This critical role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing industrial laundry equipment in a high-volume hospitality laundry operation. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience working with industrial laundry systems, and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironers, folders, pumps, boilers, and related systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair needs.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and operational effectiveness.
- Perform routine inspections of motors, bearings, belts, valves, compressors, and other mechanical components.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ensure equipment operates safely and in compliance with company standards, OSHA regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with operations leaders and laundry staff to support production goals and maintain uninterrupted workflow.
- Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum3 years of industrial laundry or related mechanical maintenance experience required.
- Experience working with high-volume commercial laundry equipment strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair industrial machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience reading technical manuals, diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and workplace safety practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment components as required.
