Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Laundry Manager to direct and inspect Laundry Attendants, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met.

You will promote guest and owner satisfaction through housekeeping excellence and manage daily operations of the Laundry Facility, including linen cleaning and inspection. The role requires at least 1 year of related housekeeping or laundry experience, with supervisory and guest service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related housekeeping or laundry experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect the work of Laundry Attendants to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Promote the highest level of Guest and Owner satisfaction through housekeeping excellence and special projects.
• Participate in daily operations of the Laundry Facility including cleaning and inspecting linens to maintain standards.
