Westview Of Indianola Care Center in Indianola, IA is seeking a Laundry Aide for part-time evening shifts, every-other weekend, to maintain cleanliness of residents' linens and clothing.

The role includes sorting, washing, drying, labeling, and delivering linen, ensuring infection control standards, and contributing to a comfortable, safe living environment.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards for residents' linen and clothing.
• Ensure an adequate supply of facility linen is available.
• Sort, wash, dry, label and deliver resident clothing and facility linen.
• Contribute to residents' comfort and safety through attention to detail.

As a Laundry Aide you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our residents’ linen and clothing. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Westview Of Indianola Care Center by ensuring an adequate supply of facility linen is available and by sorting, washing, drying, labeling, and delivering resident clothing and facility linen. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
