Westview Of Indianola Care Center is seeking a part-time Laundry/Housekeeping Aide to join a friendly, caring team. The role supports residents by maintaining clean linen and clothing while upholding infection control standards.

Position includes 2p-10p shifts with every-other weekend. We offer competitive wages, 401K with employer match, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Laundry Aide experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, label and deliver resident clothing and facility linen.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards.
• Assist with stocking and ensuring adequate linen supply.

As a Laundry Aide you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our residents’ linen and clothing. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Westview Of Indianola Care Center by ensuring an adequate supply of facility linen is available and by sorting, washing, drying, labeling, and delivering resident clothing and facility linen. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
