Job summary

Jetz Service Company in the United States seeks a field technician to install and remove commercial and domestic laundry equipment and to provide outstanding customer service. You will respond to service calls promptly and strive for next-day service, inspect machines for deficiencies, and perform work with quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining van inventory, turning in work orders, keeping parts stock up to date, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• B ase ic mechanical, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision and handle several projects.
• Computer experience including email, internet, and reading diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
• Review all service tickets for routes assigned.
• Ensure all necessary service van inventory is stocked and accounted for.
• Maintain petty cash to cover refunds and unanticipated developments.
• Complete work orders and service tickets for each machine worked on and turn in receipts daily.
• Return used parts and replenishment lists to the parts department for replacement after each shift.
• Maintain service keys and lock books in designated area when not in use.
