Relais & Châteaux member The Inn at Hastings Park, located just outside of Boston in Lexington, seeks a Laundry Attendant to support our luxury housekeeping team. Open seven days with flexible scheduling, this role maintains guest room and public area cleanliness and assists in linen delivery and restocking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and guest common spaces
• Execute turndown service when necessary
• Assist Room Attendants with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking
• Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests
• Deliver amenities and requested items to guest rooms
• Ensure housekeeping closets and storage areas remain organized and fully stocked
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Support laundry and housekeeping operations as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards

Job Description

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

The Laundry Attendant supports the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout the property. This role helps ensure guests receive exceptional service and a welcoming environment that reflects the Inn’s luxury standards.
