The Laundry Attendant at Inn at Hastings Park in Lexington, MA supports the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will mirror the Inn’s luxury standards and provide a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and guest common spaces
• Execute turndown service when necessary
• Assist Room Attendants with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking
• Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests
• Deliver amenities and requested items to guest rooms
• Ensure housekeeping closets and storage areas remain organized and fully stocked
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Support laundry and housekeeping operations as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards

Job Description

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

The Laundry Attendant supports the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout the property.
