Qualifications

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and sort linens, towels, and other hotel textiles according to brand standards.
• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of clean linens and restock housekeeping carts.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and remove items that do not meet quality standards.
• Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens.
• Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures for laundry detergents and cleaning agents.
