You will weigh, sort, and operate washers and dryers, while ensuring quality and safety. The role supports guest service through timely housekeeping and responsive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.
• No formal experience required for the position.
• Ability to recognize and work with numbers.
• Operate industrial laundry equipment.
• Communicate information and directions to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and weigh soiled linen; place into containers.
• Operate washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers and feeders.
• Turn in all items from Laundry Chute/Dept to supervisor for Lost and Found.
• Fulfill guest requests and handle problems to achieve satisfaction.
• Report malfunctioning equipment or mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Notify supervisor of supplies needed or hazards to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, courteous demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
