Laundry Attendant (Full-Time) (Finance)

To process clean linen through the laundry equipment and have it ready for the guest each and every day in a timely manner. To ensure proper sorting of soiled linen into categories for washing and processing.

What will I be doing?

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel, supporting our commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your tasks will include:

1. Performing all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers, and chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering.
2. Maintaining cleanliness of laundry machinery and the laundry area.
3. Maintaining stock levels.
4. Responding to guest service issues promptly, friendly, and efficiently.
5. Performing additional laundry services as needed.
