Job Summary: We are looking for a Laundry Attendant who will be responsible for collecting and washing hotel beddings, towels, and cloths. They will also fold and distribute these items to designated destinations.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor washing and drying machinery, including adding chemicals and cleaning lint traps. Identify stained or damaged items and determine whether they need repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.
- Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from washers, dryers, or machines and place in clean linen carts.
- Set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics. Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, filters, and drain traps after each load.
- Fold cleaned articles into designated sizes, either by hand or using folding machines.
- Maintain accurate records of items laundered.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Regular attendance is essential.
- May be required to work varying schedules and holidays.
- Must fully comply with the hotel's rules and regulations.
- No formal training required.
- Some experience in safety, material handling, and cleaning procedures is a plus.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods or an entire shift.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
