About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our dedicated and dynamic team! We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

What you will do

• Sort used linens into appropriate categories for washing. Sort stained or torn linen. Load and unload dryers.
• Shake wet sheets, table linens and napkins prior to ironing to spread them out. Feed washed linens into ironer. Retrieve folded linens and stack or hang clean linens as appropriate.
• Sort clean towels, rugs, and robes. Use towel folder and manual folding for bath towels, washcloths, rugs, and robes. Place folded product on appropriate rack.
• Operate and maintain folding equipment. Report any problems or deficiencies to the manager.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Valet Dry Cleaning and Housekeeping.
