Role

You understand the importance guests place on clean linens and fresh towels. You take pride in your work, work efficiently and safely, and enjoy collaborating with your housekeeping team to create a welcoming experience for guests. As a Laundry Worker, you will:

• Focus on Details - Operate laundry systems, handle linens and towels, ensure quality, report missing or damaged items, and manage supplies. You will wash, dry, iron, fold, and deliver linens, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Be Organized - Keep linens organized for easy access.
• Be a Team Player - Assist coworkers as needed.
• Follow Safety & Security Policies - Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures, anticipate issues, and escalate to management when necessary.

Job Requirements

Ability to operate laundry equipment (sheet folder, ironer, washers, dryers), handle chemicals, and perform physical tasks such as standing for long hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stretching, and working under variable temperatures and noise levels. Must have good close-range vision and communicate effectively in English.

Compensation

Rate: $16.50 per hour
