Position Overview

The role is responsible for folding and feeding linen, maintaining quality and production standards, performing opening and closing duties, and ensuring a clean work environment. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Hand fold terry items, blankets, and spreads
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Operate equipment safely according to hotel standards
• Feed flat work iron
• Track production
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Promote a positive attitude among staff and guests
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management

Supportive Functions and Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork at all times
• Report problems promptly
• Maintain politeness, friendliness, and helpfulness
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Ensure equipment and work area are in excellent condition
