Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support daily laundry operations for hotel linens. This role maintains cleanliness, quality, and operational standards across the property, handling washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens.

Responsibilities include inspecting fabrics, selecting cleaning methods, monitoring equipment, reporting issues, and maintaining inventory controls in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic English comprehension preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record (insurance requirement).
• Ability to meet uniform standards, including slip-resistant, closed-toe footwear.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist with all stages of linen processing, including washing, drying, folding, and distribution
• Inspect linens and articles to determine appropriate cleaning methods
• Ensure finished items meet established quality and cleanliness standards
• Monitor laundry equipment during operation and identify potential malfunctions
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the Supervisor promptly
• Assist with maintaining accurate linen inventory controls
• Follow instructions and operational procedures consistently
• Work independently and productively, remaining focused and on task in a fast‑paced environment

Minimum Qualifications
