Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

1. The laundry attendant will provide the highest quality service to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
2. Maintain and operate all laundry equipment following established procedures, including the laundry room checklist.
3. Properly load and unload washers and dryers, avoiding overloading.
4. Fold linen according to procedures, using folding machines and feed ironers if necessary.
5. Stock, clean, and maintain laundry carts, storage areas, and racks.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

1. Experience and desire to provide excellent guest service.
2. Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
3. Certification sign-off after training completion.
4. Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.
