The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position ofHousekeeper/ Laundry Attendant at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.
Under general supervision, performs routine housekeeping and laundry-related duties to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and an orderly environment within the facility. Ensures linens, clothing, and other washable items are properly collected, cleaned, dried, folded, stored, and distributed in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
One (1) year of experience in a related area of assignment; OR one (1) year of experience at the lower-level Housekeeper 1 (FES040) or equivalent position.
