Job summary

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Toledo is seeking a Full-time Housekeeper/Laundry aide to help maintain a clean and safe facility. You will work with all departments to ensure residents' spaces are tidy and comfortable.

Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment, sorting and washing linens, cleaning rooms and common areas, waste removal, floor care, and deep cleaning as needed. Must be able to commute to Toledo, OH 43607 and relocate before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience with laundry equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties across a long-term care facility.

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Toledo is hiring a Full-time Housekeeper/Laundry aide. This position works with all departments to ensure a clean facility. Regular daily cleaning will include but not be limited to cleaning all rooms and common areas in the facility.

Some job duties include but are not limited to

• Operate and maintain all laundry equipment.
• Delivers soiled linens to laundry; sorts, washes, dries, folds, and returns clean linens to linen closets and resident rooms.
• Cleans laundry room, sorting, and soiled linen tubs.
• Waste and trash removal.
• Dry and wet mopping of all floors
• vacuuming all carpeted areas
• General cleaning & dusting of all surfaces
• Buffing, waxing, and stripping of all floors as needed
• Deep cleaning and assisting in moving rooms as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Experience:

• Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
