Laundry Assistant Location: The Gardens at Millville – Millville, PA

The Gardens at Millville is seeking a full-time Laundry Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
• Every Other Holiday (EOH) required

Responsibilities

• Place soiled facility linens and residents' personal laundry into washing machines
• Fold or hang residents' personal laundry and transport items to resident rooms
• Hang clothing in closets and place clothing in drawers
• Sort, wash, dry, and distribute linens and personal itemsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Follow all infection control, safety, and laundry procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning materials
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
