Mansfield Care Center Opco LLC is hiring a Laundry Aide to provide clean, sanitary linens, towels, and clothing for residents. You will operate laundry equipment, follow fabric care procedures, and maintain a safe, organized laundry area.

Responsibilities include sorting and distributing items, inspecting for damage, and assisting with inventory. Excellent resident communication and teamwork with housekeeping are essential for timely delivery of clean items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, towels, and clothing per procedures.
• Follow proper washing techniques for different fabrics to sanitize items.
• Operate washers, dryers, and irons and report issues.
• Label and sort personal items to ensure residents receive belongings correctly.
• Inspect for wear, stains, or damage and report concerns.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized laundry area; follow infection control guidelines.
• Monitor laundry supplies and assist with inventory.”
• Handle residents’ personal laundry with care and communicate requests to staff.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and nursing to ensure timely delivery of clean items.
