LINCOLN COUNTY NURSING & REHAB in Troy, Missouri is seeking a Laundry Aide to join our team. You will perform general laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and distributing residents' clothing, while keeping areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general laundry tasks, such as washing, drying, and folding laundry
• Wash, dry, fold, iron, and store all facility laundry
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute all residents’ personal clothing
• Keep work areas free of hazardous conditions, spills, baskets, supplies, equipment, etc
• Discard waste and trash into proper containers and re-line receptacles with plastic liners
• Assure that work assignment areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc are properly stored during work periods, as well as before leaving the area for breaks, meals, and end of workday
• Clean laundry equipment, carts, etc
