Mission for Position

As a Laundry Aide, you'll fold, sort and deliver laundry across the system. Your contribution to maintaining high-quality laundering will directly impact the well-being of every patient and resident who uses our facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Folds, sorts and delivers all linens according to established procedures.
• Records weights with 95% accuracy.
• Operates controls for wash machines, dryers, stamp machine, sewing machine, and iron with 95% accuracy.
• Transporting linens to various LHS locations.
• Cleans all laundry equipment properly and thoroughly.
• Interacts appropriately with coworkers, residents, patients, and visitors.

Position Type

This is a part-time position working 16-32 hours per pay period. Shift start times range from 6:00am to 7:00am, ending times range between 2:30pm - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday. Some weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
