Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a full-time laundry aide to support our residents with clean linens and timely delivery of laundry from the service. You will help ensure staff have linens for daily tasks and assist with stocking linen closets as needed.

Essential duties include unloading laundry, delivering it to residents, maneuvering carts, and maintaining organized linen rooms. You must be able to read, write and understand English, work independently, and be at least 18 years old.

• Must be able to work independently and make independent decisions.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Unload laundry from bins.
• Deliver laundry to residents.
• Push and pull laundry carts.
• Stock linen rooms.

Job description

The primary purpose of your job is to perform laundry functions. You will be responsible to pass out laundry to the Residents after it arrives from the laundry service and hang it up for those that are unable or request assistance. Part of your duties are to ensure the staff has the linens they need for daily job assignments and to stock the linen closets as needed.
