Job summary

Regency Pacific Management is seeking a Laundry Aide to assist in laundering resident clothing and facility linens in a senior living environment. You will fold and distribute clean linens, inspect equipment, and maintain organized closets, while upholding aseptic techniques and respectful interactions with residents and families.

We value compassion for the senior population, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Fold and distribute clean linens.
• Clean dryer lint screens
• Inspect mechanical lift slings and sling straps for fraying and wear
• Keep residents' closet/drawers orderly
• Minimize infections by following aseptic techniques, including blood-borne pathogens.
• Relate and communicate appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
