Job summary

Paramount Senior Living is seeking a laundry aide to ensure resident clothing, linens, and facility laundry are cleaned, processed, and distributed accurately and efficiently. This role supports a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents.

The position requires the ability to stand, bend, lift, and push laundry carts throughout the shift, with attention to detail and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift during shift.
• Ability to push laundry carts and handle supplies safely.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold resident laundry, linens, and facility laundry.
• Distribute clean laundry and linens to designated areas and residents.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the laundry department.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures while handling soiled and clean linens.
• Monitor linen inventory and remove stained or damaged items from circulation.
